PCI Compliance Certificate
If you've provided us your email address, you will receive an e-invoice, as well as a USPS-mailed invoice, for work done. E-invoices come to you with the subject line: "Intuit E-Commerce - G/K Plumbing & Heating Co." Expect your e-invoice within 2 – 3 days of completion of your work.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT. We do not do net terms.
E-invoices contain a link to our secure portal you can use to pay your invoice via credit card, debit card, or e-check from your bank account. You can also pay by check (our mailing address is on your invoice).
Or you can call our bookkeeper, Carol, provide her your cc or debit card payment information, and she will hand-transact your payment. No payment information is ever kept on our premises or in our computers. Payment info. provided is shredded immediately after processing the transaction.
We are routinely scanned for security compliance by Security Metrics.
