Pricing/Terms

Our service cost (as of 1/1/2025) is $210.00 per hour, minimum one hour, includes travel time "to" a jobsite...and then increments of $35/per 10 minutes charged after the first hour, plus the cost of parts/materials needed to complete your job, and any additional costs such a recycle fee to haul away your old toilet or water heater if needed, any special equipment fees, or permit fees. ALL will be itemized on your invoice. (NOTE: Due to this price change, if we started your job prior to the price change (in 2024) and it's been a multi-day job to complete, overlapping into the 1/1/2025 hourly price change, we will continue to charge the hourly rate that was in-effect when your job started. All jobs starting after 1/1/2025 will be charged at the new hourly rate.)
